We are here to help you navigate through the many changes you and your loved one may experience. We realize that the challenges of Dementia and related brain changes do not only affect an individual’s family members but also friends, neighbors, coworkers and others in the community. Whether you’re providing a lot of assistance or very little, the information and training we offer can help you better understand the issues that you face.

CRISIS SUPPORT

We offer solutions in response to emergent situations to restore peace to both the person living with Dementia and the care- partners. This is especially helpful when the person living with Dementia is out of their routine, such as when they are in the hospital or moving into a new home or assisted living facility.

Jacksonville Beach Memory Cafe is sare a place where people experiencing cognitive challenges, along with caring family members, friends or professional caregivers can find meaningful programming, friendship, and acceptance.

All are welcome and there are no fees for attending but donations are welcome to cover supplies. Reservations requested.
